About us

Comprehensive legal services for business — in the Tri-City and beyond

“Radcy Prawni JKL Liwacz, Krasodomski” is a registered partnership of attorneys-at-law based in Gdynia, serving entrepreneurs from the Tri-City area and across Poland. We combine hands-on experience in business law with an in-depth command of tax law and international procedure.

We focus on matters that call for an interdisciplinary approach: company structuring, tax planning, debt restructuring and cross-border transactions. We advise reliably and transparently — with the client’s real interest and predictable outcomes in mind.

Our practice covers ongoing corporate support, the conduct of negotiations and disputes, and representation in enforcement proceedings with an international dimension.
