“Radcy Prawni JKL Liwacz, Krasodomski” is a registered partnership of attorneys-at-law based in Gdynia, serving entrepreneurs from the Tri-City area and across Poland. We combine hands-on experience in business law with an in-depth command of tax law and international procedure.
We focus on matters that call for an interdisciplinary approach: company structuring, tax planning, debt restructuring and cross-border transactions. We advise reliably and transparently — with the client’s real interest and predictable outcomes in mind.
Our practice covers ongoing corporate support, the conduct of negotiations and disputes, and representation in enforcement proceedings with an international dimension.
We concentrate on areas that demand precision and experience. Below are the areas in which we most often support our clients.
Company formation and transformation, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, ongoing support for company bodies, and the structuring of capital groups.
Tax advice on transactions, lawful planning and optimisation of tax burdens, and proceedings and disputes with the tax authorities.
Restructuring proceedings, negotiations with creditors, recovery plans, and protection of the interests of both debtors and creditors.
Mergers and acquisitions, international contracts, due diligence, and the structuring of transactions involving foreign entities.
Recovery of receivables in Poland and abroad, international enforcement, and the recognition and enforcement of judgments within the EU.
Day-to-day legal advice, review and negotiation of contracts, support for management boards, and representation in commercial disputes.
We combine business law, tax law and international procedure, looking at each matter as a whole — from corporate to tax consequences.
We handle matters with an international element and enforcement proceedings that require a command of comparative EU law.
We set out realistic scenarios and verifiable information. We do not promise outcomes — we identify the best available solutions.
As attorneys-at-law we act under the rules of professional ethics and maintain full confidentiality of the matters entrusted to us.
